California Alert!
Assembly Bill 22 (Lowenthal) is scheduled for third reading on the Assembly Floor, Monday, March 5th morning. We are asking that all California NRA members please contact their Assembly Member and let them know that we do not want this bill and ask them to vote NO on this bill.
This bill states that as of July, 2004, local licensing authorities cannot issue a license to a residential firearms dealer unless the building designated in the license is located in a county with a population of less than 100,000.
