IMPORTANT NRA MEMBER NOTICE

      In response to the need for "Year 2000" computer compliance, NRA will be issuing new Millennium Membership cards before the end of the year. These newly designed membership cards and system will provide streamlined services to meet your needs in renewing your membership, helping new members to join our Association, and in receiving valuable program information.

      This new enhanced computer system will provide a membership card with an exciting new look and a new member identification number using all numbers -- replacing the current alphanumeric card. With its refinements, this new system will be key to NRA's future legislative and political efforts, giving the Institute for Legislative Action greater ability to fine-tune its communications with you through vital action alerts.

      Your new NRA Millennium card will enhance our ability to work to meet Second Amendment challenges in the Year 2000 and beyond.
