Congress is on break for the next two weeks, so now would be an excellent time to try to meet with your federal lawmakers. Many U.S. Representatives and Senators will be at their district offices, so please try to set up meetings so that you can let them know what you would like to see them do. If you are meeting with your Senators, please urge them to support the Senate's versions of H.R. 4051 and H.R. 3671 (both bills have yet to be introduced in the Senate), and oppose any juvenile justice bill that contains the Lautenberg Gun Show amendment. If you are meeting with your Representative, urge him also to oppose any juvenile justice bill that contains Lautenberg's proposal.
